• Drove a major localization migration across the product, helping make the application multilingual and improving how translations are loaded and maintained across the web and desktop apps.
• Improved frontend performance and architecture by optimizing images and LCP, reducing bundle size, lazy-loading translations, and simplifying shared UI infrastructure.
• Moved Flow, Runable's voice-to-text experience, into the Electron desktop app, integrating native keyboard input, audio capture, streaming transcription, authentication, text insertion, and UI feedback while removing the older standalone runtime.
